Member Care

Member Care is a form of mental, emotional, and spiritual support given to field workers to ensure their effectiveness and longevity on the field. A Member Care call can help you through a season of transition, grief, and loss, debrief/process stressful or crisis-oriented events, or aid in spiritual formation.
